Our X-RIVAL equipment is designed for straightforward assembly, and all products come with detailed instructions and necessary hardware. Most items, like our Weight Benches and Dumbbells, require minimal assembly. Larger items like our Power Racks & Squat Stands can be assembled by two people with basic tools.

What's the difference between Bumper Plates and Cast Iron Plates?
